The $25 voucher will be issued when CheckIn can’t beat a deal that a customer has sent through as a screenshot. The hotel must be a bookable hotel that CheckIn has access to. The voucher must be made on new bookings in the future within 3 months of the voucher being issued. The voucher will have an issue date on it.

In the rare instance that we can't get you the best price or if you choose not to take the best deal, no voucher will be issued. However, if it's on our end, we'll send a $25 voucher for your next booking with CheckIn, valid for 3 months from issuance. Regardless of the outcome, we can't wait to serve you next time.

When applicable, an Itinerary planning fee is incurred, serving as a credit towards your final booking. Similar to any service industry, our time is precious, and the booking fee ensures that our efforts are valued, ensuring meticulous planning for your holiday. The planning fee is normally towards more complex itineraries.
